At Room Smart Re-Designs we can take a look at your workstation and help you set it up ergonomically by arranging and adjusting your work area to fit you.

Here are some questions to ask yourself about your work area?

*  Are your eyes tired at the end of the day?

*  Are your neck and shoulders stiff and sore?

*  Is your back uncomfortable while working at your desk/computer?

*  Are your arms or wrists tired?

*  Do your legs get stiff or cramped?
